RCET is, has Approval from AICTE, New Delhi. In just a span of 9 years RCET is known as most modern and high-tech institute where learning itself is an altogether a pleasant experience for under graduate as well as post graduate students of M.Tech. MBA & MCA programs. Complete with lush green serene environment RCET spans three buildings equipped with laboratories in departments of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation along with conventional Physics, Chemistry and mechanical Workshop. All students carry laptops and with wifi campus, remain connected all the time with their faculties as well as classmates. Every classroom is equipped with roof mounted LCD projectors, 2 high resolution IP cameras, faculty podium with Tablet PC in it. Faculties now teach through the tablet and at the end of the class entire material that the faculty uses to deliver a topic gets to the student laptop automatically. Students do not worry about taking down notes in the classroom but instead concentrate upon understanding the topic. The college maintains a huge reservoir of learning resources in local E-Learning server from where the student can retrieve notes and reference material as per their need and convenience. Students at their convenience raise the doubt online to the faculties and faculties in turn provide the students with solutions online, at their convenience via wi fi network. Student get study material at the click of a button as they remain connected to premier online libraries like ACM, AIEEE.

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) :This program fosters a broad intellectual foundation in mechanical engineering, preparing students to work in a range of fields. Students learn fundamental engineering concepts and the methods and techniques used in engineering practice, and they have the opportunity to apply what they learn in laboratory and real-world settings.
The group Institutions offer B.E. programs in conventional streams of Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, Mechanical Engg., Electrical Engg. & introducing Civil Engg. this year.
Electronic and Telecommunication department
The laboratories are the Analog Communication Lab, Digital Communication Lab, UHF, Microwave & Radar, Optical Comm., Satellite Comm., TV, Antenna, Electronics Device & Circuit, Analog Circuit Lab, Linear Electronics Circuit Design Lab, Instrumentation Lab, Digital Electronics, Microprocessor & Microcontroller Lab, Electronics Computer Center and Basic Electronics lab. These labs provide training that surpasses the regular course structure. The students are also exposed to advanced areas of applications in the specialized areas like Networking, Broad-Band Communication, Optical Communication, Micro Controllers, applications and so on. The students get benefits from live projects and assignments. Visiting dignitaries render guest lectures on various advanced topics and also update the students on the latest trends in the industry.
Graduate Education
Master of Technology (M.Tech.) / Master of Engineering (M.E.): M.Tech programs are available in Computer Science & Engineering sas well as Digital Electronics and from this session it is proposed to start M. E. programs in Power Electronics and Computer Aided Mechanical Design.
Master of Business Administration (MBA): Full fledged MBA programs offering specializations in streams including Banking, Finance, Human Resource, Retail, Marketing, Retail Operations, Information Systems etc. with a flexibility of opting for the program from Chhattisgarh Swamy Vivekananda Technical University.
Master of Computer Application (MCA) : . MCA is offered from CSVTU.
For the bachelor of science degree, students must complete a core requirement that is equally divided between science and mathematics, and the humanities, arts, and social sciences. The science/mathematics requirement includes chemistry, biology, physics, and calculus, as well as laboratory and science electives. Students must also complete a communication requirement.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
Alumni Network Alumni meets are conducted at regular intervals in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangluru chapters of Alumni where some or the other staff from the college represents the bonding.
The institute organises annual Alumni meets. Student groups while visiting any company get in touch with the Alumni to seek their guidance and when ever feasible guest lectures are organized to be delivered by eminent Alumni.
An online Alumni link is maintained for each institute so that students could communicate within the group and also could keep themselves updated with the developments taking place in their institute.
The Alumni Association enables nearly 10,000 former students to stay in touch with one another and continue their connections. Under the direction of a volunteer alumni board, the Association staff engages alumni with the Institutes and with one another through events held Nationwide, web-based services, and involvement in fundraising for the Institute. Over 5,000 alumni are connected online, via the Association's popular suite of online alumni services.
Each year, hundreds of alumni volunteer their services for the Institutes, with many serving as class and club officers & educational counselors.
